It has been awhile
have you been drunken
defiled
was all the trouble worth your while
did you come to return for the party
or has it been a time already
without my notice
always was a grand hostess
leading the way down the aisle
ending at the booth
cornered darkened
no body could see
that is where you desire me
in a place behind the doors
closed to all the rest of the
world to not see
it has been too long too much
and this wanting is not for me
I am standing atop the tallest building
yelling your name
how can I be the one to blame
while in same
my heart rests atop
the grandest of mountains
and resides in peace alone
quiet and distracted by such
a wonder
it would take an entire range
of freshly fallen snowed upon
mountains pure in white
bright even as night comes
briskly without warning...
in likeness to coldly traveled
air from across the seas
you come in and warmth follows
abounds brings golden
to a darkened corner booth
the same place that has
become my resting place
a proverbial tomb
a quiet apartment
closed to the world
a silent walk away
from home
a mood of losing worth
and still
I feel there is
a reason for it...
So it has been some
time nice to hear from you again
