Authors maintain all Copyrights to their poetry.
You agree to only post items that you have the copyrights to or have permission from the copyright holder.

Authors agree to allow their work to be displayed on the "Last 100 Posts" Page, "PoetryPublisher's main page", and on search page results or other pages such as on the forum, and any other page managed by PoetryPublisher.com or PoetryPoem.com. As of Jan. 1, 2014, Anthony manages most Ad Free correspondence and subscriptions. You can contact Anthony using your PayPal subscription contact email address for poetryPoem.

Everything you post or enter on PoetryPublisher.com can be made public and will likely be displayed on forum and search pages. This includes poetry, emails, private messages, your name and feedbacks/critiques you provide and send.

PoetryPublisher provides Internet World Wide Web page hosting, Marketing, and Development. PoetryPublisher has certain legal and ethical responsibilities consisting with the use of its server and equipment involved in these services.

PoetryPublisher general policy is to act as a provider of internet presence. PoetryPublisher has specific ethical concerns regarding the use of its computers detailed below. PoetryPublisher reserves the right to suspend or cancel a member's access to any or all services provided by PoetryPublisher when we decide that the site has been inappropriately used.

Specific Acceptable Use Policies

Server Abuse

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or member, of PoetryPublisher is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of other people's sites on PoetryPublisher is prohibited. Abuse includes attempts at "internet scamming" (tricking other people into releasing their passwords), password robbery, security hole scanning etc.

Any unauthorized use of sites or computers by a PoetryPublisher member, whether or not the attacked site or computer belongs to PoetryPublisher, will result in action against the attacker. Possible actions include warnings, site suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal legal action, depending on the seriousness of the attack.

Abuse of Unlimited Traffic

PoetryPublisher's members are privileged to be offered unlimited traffic for their web sites. The intention of PoetryPublisher is to provide a large space to serve web documents, not an off site storage area for electronic files.

To maintain the integrity of our service PoetryPublisher will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Members are allowed to place advertisements on their site.

Cancellation

PoetryPublisher reserves the right to cancel service at any time.

Indecency Clause.
PoetryPublisher services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission or solicitation of any material that violates United States Federal, State or other laws that may apply in this jurisdiction or your local area is prohibited. This may include material that is obscene, threatening, harassing, libelous, or in any way a violation of intellectual property laws. No material may be published on Web pages hosted by PoetryPublisher that would commonly be considered "indecent" or "appealing to the prurient interest", nor will any links to such sites exist within the Web pages hosted by PoetryPublisher.

Lawful Purpose

PoetryPublisher reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Members may only use PoetryPublisher server for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of PoetryPublisher management. Any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Christian County, Missouri.

Indemnification

User and Member agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold PoetryPublisher, PoetryPublisher.com, Monique, moderators, and other associates harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against PoetryPublisher, its agents, its members, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by member, it's agents, employees or assigns. Member agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PoetryPublisher against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with PoetryPublisher's server; (2) any material supplied by member infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; ( 3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold or otherwise delivered to member from PoetryPublisher's server.

PoetryPublisher will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. PoetryPublisher makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. PoetryPublisher disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by PoetryPublisher and its employees. PoetryPublisher reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate site deletion/deactivation.

Privacy Policy In short -- This site lacks privacy. Anything you place on the site can and will be viewed by anyone on the internet and the administrators of PoetryPublisher's computers.
