 amerikkkan Woman

Does my kimar bother you ?
The fact
I'm covered
From head to toe
You can see ONLY my face and hands
I ASK YOU
Why do YOU….. need to see more
WILL I BE LIBERATED
In skin tight jeans ?
Trust me
I've worn them before
(and I didn't feel free)
How bout
Low cut shirts
Cleavage
Spilling out of the front
Yet you look at me in full hijab
Like I am the oddity
Any woman that has to parade half nude
Reap only physical reward
And is destruction to her very own cause
So preach to me later about how my religion has oppressed me
Because I see oppression in little girls dressed as whores
No freedom to grow
Society telling them
Dress less
Be as promiscuous as you can
BE A DEVIANT
THAT'S WHAT'S IN
Behavior they have seen and mimic
SOMEONE TELL ME
Is that liberating or free
Who has dreams of living by the ideals of this so-called?
Amerikkkan woman
Now tell me about MY low self esteem
After you yell your independence
While wiping away the loveless touches
Of Acceptance …….
Giving yourself illusions of a soul
And an inkling of an existence
I COVER MYSELF TO SEPARATE FROM THE UN-BELIEVERS
I COVER MYSELF TO CONCEAL MY SEXUALITY
I COVER MYSELF AS IT IS PART OF MY DEEN
MOST OF ALL
I COVER MYSELF OUT OF LOVE FOR ALLAH
