Don't Be Late!

Honey, I would have been here on time; however,
I ran out of gas because the last person who
used the car didn't refill it and everyone knows
that the indicator is broken.

Secondly, no one in this family bothered to tell
me that all the credit cards are maxed out or that
the spare tire in the trunk needed air. I think
the truth has finally spoken.

In addition, I had to chase your darling little
Chihuahua nearly five city blocks as I tripped and
fell on some other canines' poop just because someone
forgot and left the back door open.

So, the next time you tell me that I should always
pick you up from work on time, just remember cars
run on gas, cards run on cash and your darling Pepe',
well...I'd like to choke him.
