The Painter, the Poet,  and the Pauper

I'm a painter, a poet, and a pauper,
It's not fortune and fame that I'm after,
Just the right to evoke self-expressions,
To color this life with my own impressions,

It's unobtrusive this simple life I live,
My art is the only thing that I can give,
To friends and love ones I leave behind,
On my wayward quest toward peace of mind.
