To the Enemies of Christianity
Holy Children of a Lesser God
While your god sent to you a messenger,
Our God sent to us Himself,
As a Most Divine human being,
Begotten, not made, and all seeing,
There's no sympathy among Christians,
For those of you who laugh and who mock,
The Great One who heals with a touch,
And casts out demons with a thought,
Perhaps your god walked on water,
And was lifted up to heaven, too,
But the idea of who the Greatest One is,
Is the difference between me and you,
While your god scoured the deserts,
Conquering his enemies with the sword,
Mine conquered death for the sins of the world,
He's our Savior, Jesus Christ, our Lord.
Amen,
