Getting Hooked on Hooks

Getting  Hooked on Hooks

I live in a small dusty little one horse town.
With a mule, a jackass, a Billy goat…and a dog,
You would have to swear they are all kin,
Their names respectively are Mule, Jackass, Billy
  and Dog.
There was a time when we had Hog, but we ate him,
Every time I have bacon and eggs for breakfast I
can see his grin…and BTW did I tell you about Hen?

Well…it's seems to me that maybe we are all kind of kin,
You  can always hear whinin', complaining, snorts of all sorts…
and barking. Like any other one horse town.
So when you are passing  by while you are on the fly,
Take some time and drop on in. There's always someone
around here that's willing to be  your friend.
