The Curse that Followed Moses. It goes back to Moses' Great-Great Grandfather, Jacob. Jacob was tricked into marrying Leah when he really wanted Rachel. He worked 7 years to marry his dream girl, only to work another 7.
Anyway, Jacob rejected Leah and favored Rachel instead. THIS caused THREE of Leah's children to be rejected:

(Simeon/Dominicans)
(Levi/Priests/Haitians)
Leah's FOURTH child was JUDAH. She no longer felt hated/rejected and Praised the Lord by naming her son, "Praise." Judah was Leah's last child.
So, the Spirit of Rejection is what followed Moses.
