Sacred Place 01/03/2002

How all important is the grace,
You give in this most sacred place.
For just one moment eyes closed tight,
seeking Your divine power and might.

Voices singing of faith and praise,
joyful eyes to Thee are raised.
Echoes of melodies sung long ago,
fill the heart and heal the soul.

Praying with a spiritual family well known,
new little ones and others now full grown,
all come together to call this place home,
where hearts and souls no longer roam.

The search is over when you reach this abode.
No need to return to the things that are old,
No need to look to the left or the right.
In this place we are bathed in His light.

Psalm 100:2-3  Worship the Lord with
gladness; come before Him with joyful songs.
Know that the Lord is God.  It is He who
made us, and we are His; we are His people,
the sheep of his pasture.
