Mysterious me

No one understands the way i think,
some are afraid to blink,
afraid of the actions i might take when one cant see,
their unsure whether i am going to love them or flee,
am mysterious me, and i love it leave people curious,
bout my doing's afraid to find out because its dangerous.
An others well they come close,
but get left confused from just one dose,
am too much to handle, too much of me kills,
am like a drug you have to take me in portions,
i take effect on the brain quicker the pills, labeled caution.
