TEARS OFF THE PILLOW

TEARS ON THE PILLOW BY: SHEKINAH NEWTON

          (Verse 1)
I left some tears on this pillow now there dry/
said goodbye to the saddness hello to this guy/
got my head on straight I can't complain/
he treat me right see,let me explain/
he aint bout the game/I tell you kno lies/
his love aint the same/I see it in his eyes/
he kno what he likes I'm all that he wanted/
I had to pick over choose make some mistakes/
leave heartache on hold/the things I put myself
through I had no clue/ I hung up the phone
and turned to you/

(Chorus)
To keep the tears off the pillow/
No need for hugging this pillow/
To keep the tears off the pillow/
He's gonna do/whatever it takes
To keep the tears off the pillow/
No need for grabbing this pillow/
I think I found me a hero/ who's gonna do
whatever it takes to prove, he's true

          (Verse 2)
He played games with a chick who said she's real/
he's been thru hurt, he kno's how I feel/
he stayed out all night/ now he can't coomplain/
I treat him right /let- me- Explain/
I'm not about the games/ I don't put him down/
my love stays the same/ when he's a-round/
I kno what he likes/ he's all that I wanted/
he had to pick over choose make some mistakes/
leave heartache on hold/the things he put himself
through/he has no clue/ The things that she did/
Id never do

(Chorus)
