Lost Up In The Clouds
[1st v:] Looking up There's too many clouds Floating around In the still of the night You took one too many steps And you Stepped right on Out of sight I can't find you But.... I know you're there I know you're out there.... Somewhere But I can't find you Just oh where Where did you go Where did you go I gotta find you I just have to know I just have know { Just have to know } [1st ch:] How many steps does it take How many does one make You walked on Right through the door Now is it all Just like before Could it play out Just like before Time passes by All through the years So much takes place Nothing any one would ever guess Time does.... time does Fly on by Do you ever Notice Even in the still of the night No one ever hears When a heart shouts out Now time finds you here But different in a sense Wearing on too proud That's why it all remains Lost in the clouds [2nd v:] Twinkle twinkle Little star How I wonder Just where.... you are I see you Do you see me Can you ever see Anything outside of what You want to believe Better start believing in what is true Now Roses are red Viloets are blue Its all real and alive In what I said All remains true Now Here....there Everywhere Its all there.... its all there Spirits shining on down Who'd of ever known Who'd of ever guessed You'd want to be By my side Hear just how It all played out Who'd of ever guessed Its me you'd be Floating around Here's the message to take Take it to the one Who's lost Without a clue Yeah.... You know who You know just exactly who And away you go Up in the clouds Not so lost Its me you found Now lets take one step back See if the truth Has nerve enough To ever show [2nd ch:] How many steps does it take How many steps does one make You walked on Right through the door Now Is it all Just like before Could it play out Just like before Time passes by All through the years So much takes place Nothing any one would ever guess Time does.... time does Fly on by Do you ever notice Even in the still of the night No one ever hears When a heart shouts out Now time finds you here But different in a sense Wearing on too proud That's why it all remains Lost in the clouds Written: 9/19/2009 Inspired by ~ On a break in the middle of the night , staring up at the clouds and allowing the mind to wander.....Finding one of my closest friends from years ago, shared memories and so much to catch up on....and then the flip side to how it had felt for someone to deal with someone who vanishes......only to find them again and again, but never quite deal with it right ....I always tell myself, If I was on the receiving end of being given a second chance really more than a second chance. a whole lot of chances....to keep it real, I would not let things slip away from me, I'm just not that ignorant to not realize when Spirituality is taking place, and what is meant to be, is trying to tell you something and help you...and you just trot along saying, " Screw you, I'm doing it my way " ...then whine and cry when you feel the heartbreak growing stronger, and the bitterness eating away at your soul...Hey, Its not called Obvious, for No reason ~
