You'll Never Know
[1st v:] Just because I said All the things That were or were not True Doesn't mean I don't know I believe....I do I just don't know Where I'm at Or if I really know Where I want to be or go Just when I say Hello I'm soon enough Whispering the words Good bye Sooner than Light comes my way [1st ch:] If just for a moment in time You'd realize Its not all of what you believe Or want to Its more in what you do Say Stand ....and walk a thin line [1st ch:] Want so much to believe No one will ever Ever Know the truth That's where you'll be You'll never know Just where to go Living to believe in what you create Believing in a lie Creating the misery That just won't die What you want to hold Slips away Faster that sands through your hands What just is worth more Than gold You sell yourself out At such a rock bottom price Make too many excuses Believing your way will see it through Taking too much of a gamble Go ahead You've only got yourself to lose Throw the dice [2nd v:] In those moments When your eyes water and burn Because all you can do Is cry {break } Can you ever see Do you ever.... Ever learn Just what do you learn No one to turn to No one to tell the truth to You've told too many lies Worst is You believed them.... Now Who cries I'll ask you Why wait.... Why did you wait So long To see the truth Did you not want to Believe There's life beyond the gate Now.... The only thing you have lost Is you Its not too late Give yourself the chance To breathe again Its only yourself You're lying to You can Go on And finally for once Be true....to you [2nd ch:] Want so much to believe No one will ever Ever Know the truth That's where you'll be You'll never know Just where to go Living to believe in what you create Believing in a lie Creating the misery That just won't die What you want to hold Slips away Faster that sand through your hands What just is worth more Than gold You sell yourself out At such a rock bottom price Make too many excuses Believing your way will see it through Taking too much of a gamble Go ahead You've only got yourself to lose Throw the dice [close] Shame on the first that believes the lie Shame on you Believing that You'd be the one to never cry What goes up Must come down Now just how much of a gamble Do you play on yourself To believe That lies never come back around Written: 6/17/2009 { The Song Is Written In Context As In Telling Others, Not My Own Words Towards My Emotions....I Am Responding From Listening To Others } ~ Inspired By: All the people I hear about lately who are in broken relationships, or ending relationships....then only to expose upon themselves, that their emotions were either not there to begin with, or that they are with one, loving another. Since I do not live in that realm anymore { meaning , emotionally I shut down long ago, so a personal relationship, which I excluded from my life, could not move the universe} I will never ever comprehend what anyone expects to receive in their life from living a lie....I know many stay for money, especially when the stakes are high { NOW, that's a high price to pay on a gamble, all for the love of money, you can't take it with you, but, you can take out with you in this life time ...peace and serenity from spiritually finding the truth and excepting it graciously } ....many stay because of fear of not finding someone else.....please! How can one enjoy another's company when they can not enjoy their own?! I feel people make excuses for all the chaos they create in their life, and I am so happy for the fact I eliminated lies and chaos from my life willing, long ago! I may not be with the person I care for, but....I know within my being the truth, and that is, I know who I care for, and I am true to my emotions and myself!
