Ahmed Tahsin Shams was born in 6 July, 1987, in Dhanmondi,Dhaka.He was educated at Maple Leaf at primary level and later on shifted to a Christian missionary school,St. Joseph High School. He passed S.S.C in 2005 and got admission in Notre Dame College. After completion of H.S.C in 2007 admitted to Department of English,Dhaka University.
The beginning of writing poetry upholds a dramatic incidence.Once a close friend of him asked him," what would you say if someone says she loves you." Then he wrote 'A Heart-Warming Reply', that was his first english poem.
Apart from writing poetry, he does pencil sketches and has a great passion in music.
