Where Are The Answers**

Lord, we pray now for those who are gone,
for those who seem to have up and walked away,
where no amount of searching short or long,
has brought them back to us today.

A loved one is taken and never found,
until it is long since too late,
it happens again and others search similar ground,
hoping this time they will not have long to wait.

We pray for the outcome to bring back a life,
that we can embrace and again hold dear,
but often our realities know a different device,
and the passing days bring only fear.

Family and friends are left behind to guess,
their imaginings not always the best,
sleepless nights leave them without hope,
"not knowing", the worse with which to cope.

Some answers may never find their earthly day,
but heaven will finally have much to say,
nothing will be hidden in eternity's final truth,
and repentance is the only acceptable truce.

Job 33:13-14  "Why do you complain to him
that he answers none of man's words?
For God does speak-now one way, now
another-though man may not perceive it.
