Eyes Wide Open

She opened her eyes only to awake to a brand new day

She didn't know what lay ahead

She just knew she was breathing and her eyes could see

So she got down on her knees and thanked god for her abilities

God returned the thank you with don't worry child I have created you believe in all that I have planned for you and your eyes will forever be full of light and open to see clearly

She stood up and smiled and suddenly the pain on her heart went away

Dwell not on what you have no control of just keep your eyes open and watch where your faith in him gets you

She saw her days go by smoothly and as peaceful as they could be the same could happen to you.

All you have to do is believe!
