Joy Comes In The Morning1991

There is joy so deep and love far above the best,
as I hold this new life close to my breast.
A life brought forth through the greatest pain.
somehow is balanced by the greatest gain.

Balance is found in our lives today,
through hard work's toil, childhood play.
Cleaning must be done for a home to enjoy,
where children are raised with patience we employ.

Through the sleep filled darkness of night,
is born the new day's morning light.
The body is renewed through peaceful slumber,
helping us to complete daily tasks without number.

Balance is seen in a cloud-filled sky,
while the gray-black rain brings a heavy sigh.
The warmth of the sun brings calm, peaceful days,
while cold puddles send chills on our damp, rainy way.

Surrender your doubts and fears of today,
give them to the one who can take them away.
He will be with us, if we just look within,
He is where death ends and all life begins.

Psalm 30:5  ...weeping may stay the night,
but joy comes in the morning.
