He Gathers Flowers 11/24/93He gathers His flowers with tender care, for His eternal garden so bright and fair. Gathering each fallen petal, every broken stem, each withered blossom new again. In tangled vines, precious beauty unseen, among thorns and thistles, perfection found between. He rescues fallen buds that never got to bloom. Often it seems He gathers his flowers to soon. He gently gathers the new and the old, and takes them into the fold, each one glorious in His garden above, each one flourishes in the Savior's love. Matthew 24:31 And He will send out His angels with a trumpet blast, and they will gather His elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
