Pink and her Pool PartyIn the land of sunny rays There lived a pretty dame With her Grandma Plain Jane She was called Pretty Pink, and She wore a lovely mink… When Spring came dancing On Brighter day Songs Pink loved to Party, Side her Pool which was so cool… Daddy White Obliged… Her Party was organized… Her guest list was vibrant… endless admirers ardent… They all awaited with their breath baited… For this time of the year… When Pinks Palace looked resplendent Like a celebration… with cheery jubilation When Food was fine …and there was wine… When the Sun smiled and flowers laughed… And Grumpy Grey shed its cold … to unfold His Heart of Gold….. So the day arrived… Pink glittered …her gown fluttered… Cuckoo Bird played the piano… And the elegant elephant escorted each guest… To the side pool … which was so cool… Where sat Pink with her lovely mink… Yellow Bellow was the first… Tapping his shoes he had Cheerful Orange in stride … Hottie Red came with Naughty Green Tender Blue was whistling through Teddy Brown looked like a clown… Somber Black looked…as if out of slumber Purple Queen held daisy sheen Ah! Coquettish Turquoise besieged. ..By swooning Maroon… There Twins together mauve and lavender… Tanned Peach from the beach. All in line… with their fine… Fervor of the splendor divine… Pink beamed…her friends were in She rushed to greet them all…And Cuckoo played Guitar … Pool was ecstatic …the evening was charismatic … And all moved to the dance floor… And ah! They grooved…To the Jungle Band… “Can you hear me…yeah …yeah…” Hoop….Loop… Tipi …Tap…. Toop…. They clapped …they cooed… Swinging high …singing Loud… The happy faces…lovely graces… Tender Blue was looking for a date… Pretty Pink looked an ideal mate… Hottie Red wooed the Queen… Naughty green got neglected… Teddy Brown clowned with the Twins… Somber Black mellowed Yellow Orange and Peach became friends… And there was something brewing Hot and cold …in the cocoon… The Maroon now made Turquoise swoon… The Naughty Green wanted to be mean… And tear Queens Sheen…Grey rushed for help And floored her out with a song of cloud... Green loved the guise… and the surprise… He made her day…when she was in dismay… Grandma Jane called for Food… And every one rushed to the Pool... Sumptuous food and lovely wine… Got them wild …like fairy child… Pink was glad …everyone was happy mad… And then red led…The hurling the whirling… The Pool was calling… Queen was drowned …when she frowned… Orange was melted …When she pelted… Tender jumped with Pretty…Yellow pushed Blacky… Peach dived…and the twins slipped… Teddy was crushed with Green and Grey And then with one voice they hooted… Where is Coquettish? Can't see Turquoise!!!!… Out came he…with Mahroon in tow… Pinks Party this year has a wedding bell in row… Splash! Splash! Everyone dashed… Playing in the Poool….Curling Giggling teasing They looked the same… in the game….
