Salvation Is In Thy Name**2000

Let me not blame others,
for the sins that are mine,
nor think myself better,
than the rest of mankind.

Let me bring my wrongs to Thee,
Your forgiveness my soul to free,
letting all others of earth know,
they can always before Thee go.

Let me see humanity as equally flawed,
needing an everlasting closeness to God
not placing myself above this world of shame,
only knowing my salvation is in Thy name.

Let me pray for all,
as those that pray for me,
forgiving their shortcomings,
on my unholy knees,
holding them up to a heaven,
they have yet to conceive.

Psalm 35:9  "Then my soul will rejoice  
in the Lord, and delight in His salvation."
