So Simple....Too Simple
[1st v:] You leave Someone else To take care of What you Can't Won't.... Provide The attention Where it belongs So fooled By your own Pretentious beliefs Everything crumbles Losing What is right Claiming What was never meant to be You're to blame For your own Emotional fight With everything In plain sight Wanting to believe You were right You are Wrong.... So easily Spelled out In each Of my songs.... [1st ch:] Always Always Putting effort Where It did not Belong So simple For everything To figure out And know Too simple For you Time for me to go No need Ever Ever To wonder Why I would.... Always Here I go Always looking at me Right at me Staring right through me Always blind And Unable to ever see Me [2nd v:] Over To the left Over To the right You can't even Tell Day from night So caught up In your own Fabrication Of self created Picture perfect Devotion The roses fade From No light You let love die Because You felt You had the right You're Always So....right So eager to jump Flying over Every Speed bump Every one Needs Time to think Never allowing Enough time To latch the correct Link Can't stand On your own Insecurities Lead you blind To afraid to be A minute Just even... One minute Alone [2nd ch:] Always Always Putting effort Where It did not Belong So simple For everything To figure out And know Too simple For you Time for me to go No need Ever Ever To wonder Why I would....
