Sounds Of Joy And Weeping**

The sounds of joy and weeping are oft the same,
coming from the heart of happiness and pain.
Tears that span the test of time,
joy that on raptured face does shine.

For knowing hearts of many years design,
become one with the joy others newly find,
telling them of faith long ago,
that is there for them today to know.

Each voice sings to heaven above,
of what they know of God's pure love,
those with many years behind,
together with those of years still to find.

Joy and weeping are felt by all,
a time for each depending on the call,
to remember Him after time is spent,
or find Him now is Grace heaven sent.
                 ***
Ezra 3:13  "No one could distinguish the
sound of the shouts of joy from the
sound of weeping, because the people made
so much noise. And the sound was heard
far away."
