Siberian Dream's Desert Extreme

[1st v:]

The heat
Can become too much

While the flames of passion
Require
To survive
A loving touch

Lies the sting
Like a deep tiger's scratch

Shattered desires
Torn and dried
To a deserts extreme

Can't run through
The night
Pretending not to see
What is exactly
As it seems....

Hot....humid nights
Racing through the sands
Pick up speed
While dreams
Sift away
Through your hands

[1st ch:]

The storms
Come....
Without warning

Tearing
And ripping apart
Cutting deep
Like a roses thorn

A mirage
No longer a vision
But....
A true motion

Torrid stripes
Across the heart

Gives knowledge
Of what now
Has been beaten
Completely apart

The fierce tigers roar
Lets you hear
The pain
Like never....
Before

[2nd v:]

Lounging
By the cool
Rolling stream

Gentle breeze
Blows through
The soft eucalyptus trees

Thoughts in motion
A tear in plain view
Because
The mirage
Has been exposed
To all the lies
That are so true

Where the warm sands blow
Beautiful visions
Now go away
They just....
Drift away....

Desert extremes
Bring the truth
In to light
Show me....all
It finally....really means

[2nd ch:]

The storms
Come without warning

Tearing
And ripping apart
Cutting deep
Like a roses thorn

A mirage
No longer a vision
But....
A true motion

Torrid stripes
Across the heart

Gives knowledge
Of what now
Has been beaten
Completely apart

The fierce tigers roar
Lets you hear
The pain
Like never....
Before
Like....never
Before
