Showers In The Shadow Lands

[1st v:]

If I smile for you
Do you ever
Cry
For me

Is it all
Of what I believe
Is it all
That it can be

What if again
I turned around
And walked away

Would it matter
Or is it just all
An illusion
Just like a rabbit
And the mad hatter

[1st ch:]

When the rain
Begins to fall
Are you alone
Do you ever know
Who you want to call

Are the clouds
That surround you

All in black
Do you then realize
What in your life seems
To lack

Do you see
The stars shine
Feel the warmth of the sun
Know in your heart
Just what it is
That can make you
Feel so fine

When the
Showers fall in the shadow lands
Do you finally see
When all is pushed aside
What are you left with
What all do you really
Hold in your hands

[2nd v:]

Run....run
As fast as you can

Does it matter where you go
Feeling
No one knows
Who I really am

See me here
Know me then
Know me today

Kicked aside
From yesterday

Know what is true
Seeing all of what
Is in front of me
Then finally stop
To turn around
Feeling everything....holding on
Has turned blue

The rain is falling
And the sun is shining
While my heart
Is calling

There's no one there
Which tells me
The cards I played
Have fallen off the table
And....faded away
Right in to
Thin air

[2nd ch:]

When the rain
Begins to fall
Are you alone
Do you even know
Who you want to call

Are the clouds
That surround you

All in black
Do you then realize
What in your life seems
To lack

Do you see
The stars shine
Feel the warmth of the sun
Know in your heart
Just what it is
That makes you
Feel so fine

When the
Showers fall in the shadow lands
Do you finally see
When all is pushed aside
What are you left with
What all do you really
Hold in your hands
