Answers Wait At Heaven's Gate 11/30/2003

Oh this tentative thread of life,
filled with heartache and strife,
unfairly short or impossibly long,
Heavenly Father help to make us strong.

A child is born, a child dies,
parents uncomforted by their cries,
a simple day ends in grief,
nothing on earth can bring relief.

Parents nurture, watch and care,
realizing they cannot always be there.
Unexpected tragedy lurks about,
landing at random with a shout.

A moment can a lifetime loose,
a life once here, the heavens choose.
Lives left behind, sanity refused,
meaning unknown, unfair dues.

Frantic for reason's crown,
only tortuous guilt can be found,
seeking a sense of justice sound,
surely there is an answer,
to turn things around.

The answers wait at Heaven's gate,
not at the feet of chance or fate.
Wrap the questions in your heart,
where His certain love never departs.

Revelation 7:17…"For the lamb in the
center of the throne will be their
shepherd.  He will lead them to springs
filled with the water of life, and God
will wipe every tear from their eyes."
