Cutting The Cord 03/24/2020

You guide us where we are suppose to be,
You send us where we are suppose to go,
with all You have given us to know.
Your timing is neither fast or slow.

Even when we take a wrong road,
Your plans are a wonder to behold.
You will find a way Your message to be told,
while showing Your seekers back to the fold.

Your message may surprise the receiver,
who barely knows he is a believer.
Often the one that is found is a griever,
from all the falsehoods of the deceiver.

You bring us through tangled webs of life,
not without many times of trouble and strife.
Many of our wonderings cut like a knife,
severing the cord by the skilled midwife.

Psalm 73:24  With Your counsel You guide me,
and at the end receive me with honor.
