Lead Us 2010

Lord, how precious is a soul You give,
life that You create - a life to live?
What time and purpose did You design
for this soul to search and find?

Lord, for all the plans we make,
how often have we asked You to take,
and lead us where You would have us be,
trusting wholly and completely in Thee?

Lord, off we go just here and there,
giving You but little care.
Until we discover we are surely lost,
finally sitting down to count the cost.

Lord, here we are, we know not where,
the troubles of this life we share.
Yet if we stop to ask Your care,
we will bend a knee in hope and prayer.

2 Corinthians 2:14 But thanks be unto God,
who always leadeth us in triumph in Christ,
and maketh manifest through us the savior
of His knowledge in every place.
