The Most Lost**

If God cannot forgive the worst of man,
then why bother doing the best we can.
For the best we think we are,
is still the most lost by far.

So bring the sins you fear the most,
encouraged by the Holy Ghost.
Lay them at the foot of the cross,
and count them no more as eternal loss.

Jesus has already forgiven them all,
as your name He continues to call,
through an acceptance of earthly pain,
that saved us on a day of darkest rain.

A day that opened the heavenly gates,
that our souls need not forsake.
The promise of Eternal Life,
made righteous by His sacrifice.

Proverbs 28:13  Whoever hides his
transgressions will not succeed, but
whoever confesses and forsakes them
will find mercy.
