DOES IT MATTER WHO ITS FOR? DOES IT MATTER WHO ITS FOR?
Its not late, but its not early
Sitting here thinking about my life
I'm a pretty smooth talker most of the time
I'm used to getting what I want
Or getting nothing that I want
No gray area
This is much different
This time I have to be patient
While its not a new word for me
It is something I have to learn
Ive lost hold of someone I love
To get them back I have to learn how to be patient
They are going through a tough time
And normally just me being there is enough
But not this time
I have my own issues
And I thought I could handle mine and theirs but
I was wrong
So now I'm laying here
Typing this
Wondering when things will get back to bliss
I'm already tired of this and its been less than a week
Help me to be patient
Help me to see
To open my eyes and just let things be
I know I'm in love
Now I wonder if they still love me
I'm lost
Patience seems to be a start
The hardest part
Is not knowing
Whether I'm coming
Or going
Or if they are coming to stay
Or to just pass my way
I cherish when we met
I hold it close to me
Its one of my favorite memories
Don't let go
Don't give up so easily
Let me love you
And you love me
Together
Simple as that
Together = Happiness
That's my definition and I'm sticking to it
I just wanted you to know
Whats on my mind
Thinking of you
Passes the time
It drags
And it hurts
But from pain comes pleasure
Comes a new day
Where we are together
No matter what
In my heart
We are meant to be together
To be happy
Forever
