Vegeterian Veil !

My silver flat has two balconies..
one to the east one to the south west..
Both were window to the heavens
.. for the past one year .....
I have been counting many a star...
Tossing the clouds....teasing the moons...
Meeting Mr. Dawn and waving Sun the Glee Good morning..
Not to miss the flapping birds and cocooing play....
The resplendent Green ...all lovely and clean..

Past weeks I am only paying visits
to the east side balcony..like a guest...
Barring apart the daily chore
I dont feel like going there anymore...
Between the vegetation...road and concrete...
Lies a vegeterian Veil hiding the non vegeterian meat....

Sometimes I wished i lived on the ground floor
From wherein the scent and sight of veil could be eclipsed...
No Point.. The third floor station gives an ample view...
I see the veil everyday...but then its food anyway...
The number of cars parked around the veil...gives all clue...
Tuesdays are lean and Sundays are celebration.....

I avoid going to the balcony...
somewhere deep down it provokes my vegeterian thoughts...
Theirs a veil...Theirs a veil...There always was a veil...
To hide the meat cut...to hide the new born chicks...
It a Food..Its a Food Pink! I repeat to remind...
Nevertheless...

It bangs again..theirs a veil..theirs a veil..
There always was a veil...Quacking birds taken behind...
To chop off the life for some dime...
Its a food ..its a food Pink! I repeat to remind...
Hopeless...begins again my rhyme...

why my balcony...why my heaven..
why did you choose my lovely stare...
But Pink wont you thank God!
theirs a veil... they have given you a veil..
your heaven still exists...with a veil..vegeterian veil...
Nothings new... the world is like that... its been like that...
Theirs more to it in that barbaric world...
For the polite world they keep vegeterian veils... vegeterian veils...

I want to call the authorities...
and get them shifted... maybe I would one day...
The only thought that stops me ...
There would exist vegeterian veil anywhich ways...
Somewhere in the corner of the city...
though it would go away from my sight...
Somewhere I will forget that in this world...
There exists a vegeterian Veil... Vegeterian Veil....
