Autumn County

As I bid goodbye to the thunder of joy,
I got an invitation to station at Autumn County.
I felt…After a royal treat …
It was to be the moment of some sobriety,
I had to visit Autumn County.

On my way I had a dream,
It was a bright sunlit morning,
And the skies were slate clean,
I flew to Aberdeen
The city of granite, the literary delight.

Pushing myself Out of the dream I landed nearby a stream,
As the trip began, my heart sang,
The lovely chill the morning dew
The crimson rug . ..the fiery hue.
Welcome!!!…said the Autumn County…

When I took a walk through the entrance
I was thrilled by the abundance
The melodious array and gaiety
The Trees calling with their Bounty
I stood captivated,
Red Maple Blue Sky
My Heart said why?
Pop came the wind and gave the answer
You See, When the Red meets Blue..
It's Purple its true. ..
The purple patch was the catch!!!
I was in the Autumn County!!!

The Sun chases the Night Mazes
Caterpillar out of its nightmare
Dancing in Full Flair
Scent of the season
Soaked in celebration
Gasping at the magic
I am so nostalgic…
I am here in Autumn County…..

Hear the Wise who will be Precise
Smoky Fall warns Before the Wintry Sheath dawns
Gear Up Steer Up and Sail !!!
