 Burning Valley

Burning Valley
Is Looking for an Ally
Friend and Foe look alike
She's losing herself night by night

Over the years
Beyond the fears
Her seething soil
Braising the turmoil
Is waiting for a resurrection
Some rejuvenation
Losing its serenity and poise
With so much noise
She does want some attention
With no pretension
Gentlemen take care
She's been your crowning glory and pride
Do understand her plight
In her hour of need
Do a good Deed
Be human give some attention
Enough of gory tales
Enough of Dialogues
She does not need fire logs
Just fixing of some cogs

One the eve of Independence
Prays a Soul
O Burning valley
You would get an Ally
We will find a solution
With a resolution
Your peace is our goal
We will achieve it with our sweat
Without bloodshed
Life would be respected
Knife would be rejected
Strife is over
Enemy run for cover

Burning Valley
Has an Ally
Like little drops of water
My prayers would collect
Enough to Douse the fire
Enough to rouse the peace
Espouse the cause
She bemoans
Let her Beam Rise and Shine
With her Cherry and Pine
Burning Valley
Has an Ally.
