The Possibility Of Maybe
[1st v:] There always is Its all there.... What we see There is always that Possibility Of perhaps Maybe Don't know what you're thinking And perhaps now I just don't care The twisted roads And jagged edge rocks Never offered A soft touch All that remained In over load Close the wooden chest Make sure you fasten the lock Hide away everything So not to remind yourself Too many times.... you'll keep failing the test [1st ch:] If one wants to believe That they are on a life's journey Then why Why Do they take all The wrong roads Ignoring the fact They have every key Except the one to unlock What keeps them Keeps them Completely blocked So just what can it be What Can it be The possibility The possibility Of perhaps Maybe So now Which way do they go No need to ask the obvious You already Believe you know Do you really know Well There's always That possibility That just maybe [2nd v:] When you open your hand Do you also Open your mind.... know where you stand When you give your heart Do you lose your mind Falling all apart When you give whats on your mind Do you believe In all that's unreal Believe That it will get better in time [2nd ch:] If one wants to believe That they are on a life's journey Then why Why Do they take all The wrong roads Ignoring the facts They have every key Except the one to unlock What keeps them Keeps them Completely blocked So just what can it be What Can it be The possibility The possibility Of perhaps Maybe So now Which way do they go No need to ask the obvious You already Believe you know Do you really know Well Do you really know Now there is always That possibility That just.... maybe Written: 11/21/2009 Inspired by ~ As Always
