Looking Out The Windows Of Love

[1st v:]

Looking out the window
Sitting on the sill

Thoughts racing so fast
Just wishing your mind

Would be still

Never a doubt
Deceive yourself

No matter what
No matter how much

You live
Without....

Question
With enough answers

Confusion
Caused by inner conflict

Live on
Live on making

The oh so obvious
Ridiculous decisions

[1st ch:]

She's there
He's anywhere

So fast
She knows
He couldn't catch a clue
On what's made
To last

Keep on staring out to no where
Looking out

Looking out the windows of love
Just not quite
Not....just not able
To see the light
Shining from above

Wanting....desiring the emptiness
Of
The pettiness
Of the worthless

What's warm as the sun
What's soft as the rain

Answers too obvious
That sits on the shelf
Main framed

[2nd v:]

Can you have that time
Can you
Capture that moment
Living forever
In your mind

Wanting....needing
So....too much

Live forever
With a cold empty touch

Created is the ultimate....known as
The masterpiece

Torn apart
For the sake of spite

What is broken
That is shamelessly ignored
Is....your own heart

Bury the thoughts
Deny the reasons
Seek out the cruel emptiness
Dive in deep to anything bought

Spiritual winds hold
The truth
Over the horizon

Too easily you cast aside
What is....

The truth
Unfolds

[2nd ch:]

She's there
He's anywhere

So fast
She knows
He couldn't catch a clue
On what's made
To last

Keep on staring out to no where
Looking out

Looking out the windows of love
Just not quite
Not....just not able
To see the light
Shining from above

Wanting....desiring the emptiness
Of
The pettiness
Of the worthless

What's warm as the sun
What's soft as rain

Answers too obvious
That sits on a shelf
Main framed
