What Is Taken....What Is Given
[1st v:] Warm dark night Winds blowing Through the sands of time Lets me know Everything will be....alright Silence As the cat walks through the night A whisper can be heard Looking upon the stars That shine the light Nothing can be stopped Fighting against what is given Grows stronger Leading the enchanted one To remain On top [ 1st ch:] What is taken Gives back Another edge What is given Can bring one Straight to the edge She is all Of everything No break Gives way Delays bring the answers Soon in time On to another day The darkness is her Guiding light What caused pain Will soon be broken Losing all....of Any might What was taken Gives back That stronger edge What is given Brings on A much stronger Deeper edge [2nd v:] One can believe what they desire What they don't know Power of wrong or right She knows how to desire And raise The fire Sharing secrets Is something she will never do She has learned in time So heavy....so painful All that is true Desire the silence Of the night Candles burn They with the stars Shine enough light Brought back from another place and time She now will correct Wrong to right Send back Where it all belongs What she called Mine No given mercy No given breaks Corrupted by your own purpose What now waits Is for the spiritual journey To move beyond The now opened gates [2nd ch:] What is taken Gives back Another edge What is given Can bring one Straight to the edge She is all Of everything No break Is given Delays bring the answers Soon in time On to another day The darkness is her Guiding light What caused pain Will soon be broken Losing all....of Any might What was taken Gives her back That stronger edge What is given Brings on A much stronger Deeper edge Written: 7/11/2008
